I bought it for a bike helmet, I was at first disappointed and was going to return it as it did not fit over the helmet. But then I looked at the other reviews and saw it kind of fits below the helmet, straps through the opening.Plus, it fits over ball caps.$30 is a lot for me, but I decided to keep it because the sun ain't getting no cooler and it works like it says and is useful.A good and well made product for what it is.

Cheaper than the other brims out there but works well. Had it for a couple weeks now still holding up good. Fits good and blocks the sun effectively does what it’s supposed too. It does seem that over time it might start to bend but it’s good for now.

Love it, it holds flat shape around my hard hat I wear it even inside . I never remove it from my hard hat

I’ve used this while ebiking over the summer. Worked great. Only downside was that it got discolored from the sun quite fast.I know this is technically for rock climbing but it did work well/was tight enough to stay around my bike helmet with no other attachments. It does however flop in your face in the wind or when riding faster on the bike so just take extra caution with that. It would be nice if they added a strap of sorts to secure around the chin to avoid any worry of it flying off.Love it though and big hit with fellow bikers as well.

This visor did not work for me. The elastic was so strong that it pulled the light clips from my PIP Traverse helmet.But the concept is sound, and the visor is five star quality. But $30 is crazy expensive for what it is.Still 5 stars though.

I was waiting for this; wanted to use it immediately, and was disappointed that it did not meet my expectations. It came looking as advertised, but after putting it onto my climbing helmet--which was not that easy, the stretchy band is thick and difficult to get under the clips--the brim is too high on my head to be of real service. A hiking hat with a length of brim like this one would be close to the head, and generally at the level of my forehead. This brim attached to my helmet is much higher and can't shade much. I had also hoped that it can attach to either of my bike helmets, alas not. The elastic rim is too small to go over either helmet--both sized small. Too bad for me, because the brims for bike helmets are twice as much.

Perfect and very happy. Pity they goods were packed really poorly. Shades were folded in half, not good for the product
