This is nice, tough screen that my dog has yet to damage. Normal screen is no challenge for my dog, as she can rip her way through it in seconds.My dog has scratched at this screen for attention and I see no evidence of any damage whatsoever.We'll see what happens during a storm or fireworks, but this appears to be a good, scratch resistant screen.One suggestion is to get one size smaller screen rope. The standard rope is a very tight fit with this thick screen.Note that the wrinkles are said to "work their way out", but after a few days the wrinkles are still there. That's very secondary, as being dog proof is the reason to get this. I'll update if anything changes.

I used this screen material to replace a damaged old screen that was damaged from dog scratching and additional damage around the handle. The old screen material was 0.0120" thick and used a spline of 0.16" inside a 0.125" groove. This new screen material is 0.0300" thick and I ended up using a spline of 0.14" inside the same 0.125" groove.The screen material was shipped folded which lead to significant creases that, contrary to the included note/instructions, did not dissipate even after two days lying flat in direct sunlight. I read a review of a competing product which mentioned to throw the mesh into the dryer on low heat. Placing the mesh material in the dryer on low heat for 2 minutes drastically reduced the appearance of the creases.After installation, the creases are mostly not visible, but they can still be seen if you view the screen at a significant angle rather than 90 degrees.Overall, I am satisfied with the material. I suspect that it will last quite a long time and hold up to more abuse than the standard screen material.

I needed a heavier duty screen due to a cat and dog who both want outside badly. The first screen ripped from a visiting dog then my dog learned to go through the ropes corner. I haven’t been able to open my slider for the fresh air in a year. Anyway, I figured there must be a better product and found this. I installed one (yes, it’s a bit more difficult to install due to the heaviness of the fabric), but that was expected. I was worried it would be harder to see through, but it’s NOT! I’m super happy I found this product. I installed mine west facing and it’s gets blasted with Florida sun and heat. I’m hopeful it hold up well over time.

We recreated our patio into a “catio†and took a chance that this netting would be strong enough. It is HEAVY DUTY! Our cats have tested it, we’ve had squirrels climb up and down on it, and not a tear or the slightest widening of the mesh at all. It’s exactly what we were looking for. The hole size will keep out most insects (some tiny gnats got through). Yes, it comes folded and you will probably will want to use a blow dryer to get the folds out, but this is not even close to a deal breaker because this stuff is so awesome. Highly recommended!

We replaced a few windows and door screens in the RV where our pets like to scratch (or sometimes bust out, haha). I was worried it would be too thick and obscure the outside world, but it looks fine. Would recommend.

So far they try and scratch it and there is no breaks in screen.wellUPDATE 10=weeks installed cats are breaking screen. Definetly not cat proof

With floor to ceiling doors it is hard to find a product that doesn't required you to purchase six or more meters leaving you with plenty of wastage or needing to store it for three plus years.Great quality product, easy to and looks great installed.
