I‘be been using this attendance log for over 10 years. I like the card stock quality, does NOT rip or tear and the size is perfect fit for a binder.

These make my job easier. I created separate files for each team member and these make tracking time off so easy. During reviews I can show the team member the card and the paper requests for time off and they can see for themselves it is accurate.

Love these. The price was awesome. I had used other companies' forms in the past and whew, the shipping was more than these forms cost. What a wonderful find. They are no different than the other ones I was using and they cost soooooo much less.
