- The weld on hitch ball is also available. You can choose 2" for 6000lbs capacity or 1-7/8" for 3500lbs capacity.

How it works:
Multi-Function:
- The 2" weld-on tow ball fits for 2" trailer coupler connecting;
- The riser hitch easily mounts to your ATV /UTV hitch for yard work equipments, dog hitches, utility trailers and other towable tractor accessories in the fields. The clevis pin accepts a tow hook or tie down for straight towing;
- The 3/4" pin hole for a clevis pin style hitch mount;
- 1/2" hitch pin and clip included
- 2-inch tow ball rated for up to 2,000 lbs
- 1-1/4-inch x 1-1/4-inch durable solid shank to fit any industry-standard 1-1/4-inch hitch receiver

A hitch receiver is like a flashlight. You never know when you'll need it, and it sucks to not have it. Sure, you could probably jerryrig something out of baling wire and old anchor bolts, or you could just pony up the $20 bucks and have a nice, shiny unit on the back of your ATV in case you need to pull a trailer or log splitter around.I haven't done any heavy hauling with this setup yet, but the welds look solid and I expect the unit to last forever.

I'm not sure if the reciever on my new UTV was the problem, or this hitch, but I had to grind a lot of metal off to get it to fit in there.
