Been using a portable steam sauna purchased from Amazon for 2 years now, and had a 55†shorter sauna tent. Wanted to upgrade to taller more spacious one and saw this w/ 20 bucks off 99, and that was my price sweet spot, @ 80 bucks.I like the height, space, and tent itself, but on day 2 of using, the display on the steamer pot started going crazy and couldn’t get it to stay on temp settings. I turned it off, and just connected the old steam pot I was gonna replace with this new one. And it works great, even heats the entire tent better than the “NEW ONE†that comes w/ the tent. Maybe I have a faulty unit . I will contact the seller to see if they can assist. But for now…as a dedicated Amazon customer, to look elsewhere on Amazon for a different steam sauna.UPDATE: The seller responded and reached out to me BEFORE I contacted them after my review, and offered me a free upgraded steamer pot. I accepted the offer and provided my shipping details. Open arrival, it’s not an upgrade, but the same inadequate steam pot that came with it. It’s just NOT HOT ENOUGH FOR ANY STEAM SESSION IN THIS LARGER TENT.I do appreciate the customer service folks follow up! But I wish I had accepted their offer for a refund originally. I still have to buy a steam pot that will work with this tent!I will buy on Amazon, from a different vendor!

Takes time and a lot of patience, but it works fine after all, the price is great.Tips: turn it on, wait 10 min then get in and try to stay in for as long as you can, don't open the door, the steam escapes fast.- takes 50 min for the pot to dry, so becareful.

I like how convenient it is. Also, easy set up and easy to use. I use it to detox and relax my body after a work out.

It does get hot and steamy but it's hard to relax since the akwakrd steam tube will burn you and the box in side emits steam from two sides and not the top so it's easy to burn your feet on steam. If it was 2ft shorter, 2 ft wider and the steam was located at the front middle and emitted from the top it would be much better. Also you better get a tiny chair for your 3x3 box.

I would absolutely give this product five stars, but we bought this in December as a Christmas gift for our wrestler. Used it for less than a month and the heater went out and it no longer works!!!! $100 for a handful of uses and then you will be out the money apparently, because I have yet to be able to find a way to replace it at all even at my own expense. It’s rather sad because it was amazing when it was WORKING! So because of that one start for sure. It’s easy to clean the size it perfect it didn’t take long to heat up and it kept heat well. My wrestler loved it and is super bummed it doesn’t work. I will be replacing it but with a different company whether it costs more or not I will not be buying from this company again since there is ZERO customer service.

Easy to put together, I dont find it gets hot enough. I have it on the highest setting and it feels more like a warm steam.
