Update, rust after a couple of weeks. Finally got this mounted to the hood of my Jeep. I hope I never have to use it! It looks good on the hood! So far no rust but I'm sure it will come. I will add some photos after a few weeks. FYI 48 inches is perfect for a good mount.

The package was ripped, retaped, and delivered days late by Amazon fulfillment. And you can't even complain about it with Amazon as they do not permit you. Please consider using a different delivery method as amazon fulfillment is untrustworthy.

After reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant to purchase this 48" jack by Torin. So far, everything is working as advertised and I received it fully operational with no missing or broken parts. Upon receiving it, I gave it a thorough inspection and found no problems. It has been perfect for many farm projects in the short time that I've had it.I give this a 5 Star rating. It's a little heavy at almost 31 lbs. but I expected it to be. The reversing latch is a bit stiff, but some spray on lubricant helped with this issue.Overall, I would recommend this 48" High Lift Torin jack to anyone that is needing a good multipurpose jack.

Set it up and followed the directions before I used it and it worked flawlessly. Removed over half-a-dozen fence posts that were embeded in concrete it pulled them up out of the ground with ease. I oiled the Jack beforehand so that the mechanism would function smoothly. Attached wooden blocks to the fence posts for an attachment point and the jack worked exactly as anticipated, perfectly. Also, make sure to keep the Jack vertical by supporting it so that the weight can be kept in line with the jack evenly so as to not bend the vertical bar. Seems to be well made and heavily built. For the money, I would definitely buy it again!

Not a good product. Shear pins fall out and disables jack. Try tractor supply if you want a quality jack.

Needed to pull some stumps up. After lots of research, I came across farm Jack. This was the best option as it was quick and heavy so it would be sturdy.Made quick work of the roots. Took about 20-30 mins to pull 5 roots which would have taken me hours if I was just using shovel. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs to pull anything out of the ground.

Great jack, so useful around home. Used it to jack out bushes, fence posts, pick up corner of shed, this and a short piece of chain is a real game changer. Be careful when switching ratchet to down. Mine had a sharp edge on casting, but after a little file work it is smooth and doesnt catch finger.

Bonjour!

Lever to activate the raising function is too short, so very difficult to put it into the jacking mode.
