These were ideal for my Hayward backwash valve and saved a ton of money. I was ready to replace the whole thing but them saw this advertised. I was not certain that these were the right o-rings for the Hayward backwash valve but decided to give it a shot. Even when I had the seals in hand, it looked like they were not the right size. But then the three main ones fit perfectly and the valve is not leaking anymore.

The hardest part is getting the old valve removed. Mine was broken about half way along the length and required a very long needle nose pliers to get the bottom half out. Otherwise it went back together just fine.

Rebuilt my Hayward filter slide valve using this kit. Only piece that didn't come with the kit was the pin that connects the valve handle to the body. Used a heavy-duty galvanized nail and bent it over to re-connect.

As you can see, packaging does not look like other pictures from people that have bought it already. O-rings are too big. I tried to return them but USPS is the only way and will cost $4.35 to return. Buyer beware.
