When I originally ordered this item, it arrived broken. I sent a message to the seller along with a picture and they send another one out right away. The second one arrived in perfect condition. Was easy to install and works very well.

Good practical product, I placed one in the laundry room and one in the garage. I wish they would not place the key inside the dispenser.They should just tape it on the outside, or hang it on a string outside. It is catch 22, you need the key to open the dispenser, but to get the key you need to open the dispenser
