Bought this to help the torque converter mounting plate clear the chassis on a Carter brothers grave digger with a predator 224.

I swapped the motor on my go kart with a bigger Predator 224 and used this as an adapter to make it fit. Bolted right up. I used longer bolts for the top mount (engine to adapter) with lock washers for a more secure fit, but you can probably get away using with the supplied bolts.

It fits the predator 212cc engine perfectly. But like a precious persons review states, the motor mounting bolts do not fit. They are not long enough to bolt the engine to the mount. Build quality looks good.

Well made / nice welds / solid. Will have to modify to mount a Predator 212cc into a Phatmoto frame.

I needed a spacer plate to raise the engine for the torque converter. I took a chance on this one even though the amount of lift measurement is not provided anywhere in the description. It is right about 1.75". Like many of these plates the provided engine mount bolts are too short 1.25" when they should be 1.5". It is well-built, heavy-duty construction and has a durable coating to prevent rust.
