It is perfect fit. I mistakenly ordered navy blue versus black but I paired it with a little jean jacket a Nike tennis shoes. She loves it! Ordering black next. The ruffles are nice a stiff for the tu tu effect! Order this for a costume, over tights or leggings!

Soft tulle, great color, good stretching, lining is good so not transparent at all but lining was cut too short and wasn't hemmed.Stitching and hemming could have been so much better and looks like seams could unravel after 1 wash. It's for a one-time performance so I guess I can live with it.

This is the cutest black tutu. My daughter is not into pants right now, only dresses!! So I was like I’ve got to get some tutus so she’ll wear some shirts! This one was a hit!! She loves it. I was surprised at the amazing quality and how full it is. The waistband it very nice too, very comfortable.

Very well made and great price. My daughter wore this skirt with a black leotard for a Christmas Dance Recital and it was perfect. It fit perfectly and was super cute!
