I assumed it was white on the sides … but the microwave is completely silver which is fine. I just thought it was white on the sides / back & silver in the front . But it works fine came brand new not damaged at all . Packaging made sure it had styrofoam all around it . No dents or scratches . It looks very sleek & modern as well . When you heat up your food you’ll be able to see the light on & see your food rotating while getting heat up . It’s just when the microwave isn’t in use is why it looks like a mirror . I recommend it also doesn’t take up space & I’m a female 145 lbs & was able to lift it up myself & put it on my counter with no problem . It looks much bigger in the box but once you remove everything it’s pretty small & lightweight which is a plus .

Opened the box and the whole top corner is dented. Not sure if it damaged anything inside the microwave, but the back is sticking out from the dents on top. ): also a lot smaller than I was expecting. I liked that they came with an optional panel to have the buttons in Spanish.

This microwave looks really nice and has been heating our food but doesn’t seem very powerful.It was great the first 2 weeks of using it but now it seems like it’s taking longer to heat things up and we haven’t had it for very long.

We had to replace our microwave which had similar dimensions to this one. However, this one definitely has a smaller footprint on the counter (the extra counter space is very welcome when you have a small kitchen with limited working areas) and the mirror/grey finish makes it look unobtrusive in our kitchen. It works much, much better than our last microwave which was more expensive and from a well known brand name. It heats right through the food in less time. The microwave itself is of good quality, is sturdy and looks great!Just as with our last microwave which, you need to press Time Cook first and then type in the number of seconds/minutes to want to hear for. If you just press a number first, it will start automatically for that number of minutes. (Example: if you push one, it starts right away for one minute). It takes some getting used to but you will find this quick start feature handy sometimes.

BAD NEWS...The delivery person TOSSED my Microwave onto my steps.There are slight warps in the corners, but it works fine.I hope your local delivery person is responsible & cares way more than this one.GOOD NEWS....-Great for small spaces-width of cooking compartment is more than enough for most plates/dishes/bowls-Going with this shape/size which is only considered small because it is not tall at all (Sleek)-What's good about having a Wide & Tall Cooking Compartment? Are you planning to stack dinners or shove a turkey in their? LOL.-Mirror like door-Can see through the mirror door window to watch cooking (it's a little harder in the morning with the sun light; but that doesn't bother me)-Very Convenient +30/Start Button that every Microwave should have- Not as powerful as my last Microwave (1000Watt vs New 700Watt)*The same size food & amount takes an additional 8 seconds of cooking (not a bid deal to me)

This is a terrible microwave. It is so low power and inconsistent. Burns my popcorn but only pops half the bag, a plate of food takes 5 minutes to warm up on high. Barely fits my medium plates. Skip this one and buy a normal brand. Waste of money.
