The outer diameter and the inner diameter of the wheel (White part) are 1.25" and 0.75".
The diameter of the thru hole of the bearing is about 0.25" .
Please note that these will not fit if the wheels of your Total Gym have bearings sticking out on one side

I bought a used Total Gym 2000 to go with my XLS for multi person workouts. As soon as I sat on the 2000 after setting it up, the wheels crumbled. I ordered these wheels with 1-day delivery and had it up and running by noon the next day. Fit perfectly and we’re easy to replace.

Got these to replace old rollers on my Total Gym 1000. They worked perfectly and now it functions much more smoothly than the old ones which were breaking down.
