This woulda been a gift, but the packer of this product just tossed it in a paper mailer with other products and it has a huge welt in it from being pushed against the other products during delivery. So, it ended up a gift to myself instead. It has a cool little dowel on each hand to hang it on the salad serving bowl. It does a lovely job tossing salad too. It's amazing how one cog in the wheel of a team that gets a product to you can destroy the reliability of a product. Cuz it's otherwise a nice product.

This product does not have a knob(thumb) attached to it, even there is no hole to insert the knob.The surface is smooth on both sides.I returned it immediately.
