After much back and forth with my husband and I about why our toilet was not flushing well for the past year (!), I finally concluded it was the flush button. I ordered it, he replaced it in less than 5 mins, the toilet works like a champ again! (FYI, simple way I knew it was the flush button is when I took off the lid and used the two buttons on top of the flush chamber (?) the toilet flushed fine which eliminated all the other issues it could have been.)

I’m in the kitchen and bathroom model and yes while you do have to replace parts occasionally on Toto’s you have to replace them much less than other brands. If you’re gonna buy a toilet by a Toto.

This item worked well on my Toto toilet even though I had ordered the incorrect part for my need. I say because the "push bars" were too long for my application. With a bit of grinding to the "bars" and testing, grinding/testing, grinding/testing, was able to make a perfect fit, perfect flush!! It was my mistake with part number but with a bit of corrective ingenuity, thankfully, it worked out perfectly!! Again, it was my error on ordered part number...

The posts were too long. We took out the old ones and replaced to make them fit.

This is how the original Toto Aquia flush mechanism SHOULD have been designed. Sturdy, complete unit, adjustable. Beats the heck out of the molded plastic prongs on the original. Five stars for replacement. 0 stars for Toto’s original flush mechanism.

I wasn't sure if the piece would fit on our toto toilet as the numbers beneath the cover did not match with this product. We've looked in lots of stores but couldn't find anything else (and everything was back ordered). But it worked and replacement was easy. I'm guessing that Toto might only have 1 piece in that style. Item arrived really fast (from Alberta in our case) and very well packaged. thank you.
