Both hangers were well wrapped and protected. A previous review indicated that the screws (screw heads) were too big. This problem was overcome by an included package of screws (properly sized) taped to the packing with a notice to use the included screws. Installation was easy using small drywall anchors, which were hidden behind the unit. Very satisfied, now having to wait for similar 2 plate vertical hangers.
