I ordered Qty 2 Faucets before and found out they had stopped working after 4 months brand new.I ordered 2 more to replace these and found the Qty 2 replacements in ordered also stopped working after 2 months of use.

So far works well (a few month) better on value that much cheaper than name brand in commercial brand venders ($500) but it makes nosier than commercial brand when it shut off.

I installed this faucet to lower my water bill but after a long installation it doesn’t even work at all! No water !!!

First thing: the pressure on this faucet is extremely high. The water shoots out like a cannon and there is an audible blast. Having a bit of leakage at one of the nuts going to the unit because the pressure and shock is significant--even had a plumber out and it just is what it is because of the blast. The install is a bit trickier than a typical setup. Otherwise, not a bad product. The sensor works well and everything seems sturdy and well-built. But because of the pressure, kick, and sound, we're going to get another, more typical, faucet for the bathroom.

I had to make a makeshift solution to secure temporarily, which was frustrating and unexpected time and effort to the installation process.Was able to eventually function, it’s disappointing that such a key part was missing. This oversight only delayed the installation, but also affected the final appearance of the faucet. It’s crucial for manufacturers to ensure that all necessary parts are included in the packaging to avoid such issues.

If you want to waste time and money, then buy this very poor quality facet!VERY VERY Poor quality from China! Look at the bent valve that leaked and it was like that on two facets from these people. It says commerical grade, HA! nothing but junk! DO NOT BUY!
