I get lots of compliments specially pointing that you don't see wires or need to be attached to the wall for charging, perfect that you don't cross contaminate since you first have to turn on the water with dirty hand then wash them just to touch the already infected faucet again so this fixes cross contamination for good, other than replacing the batteries I would say like twice a year it is a really good faucet.

I do no recommend you buy this product!! We have several rentals and have no touch faucets in all of them. The battery got low on this faucet and the faucet started running and flooded the bathroom! This design makes no sense at all! When there is no battery power the faucet runs non stop so the solenoid has to be powered to shut the water off - TERRIBLE design! All my other faucets the battery power is required to open the solenoid and let the water flow - that way if the battery is dead then you don’t get any water and you just change the batteries. I do not recommend you buy this faucet or you could come home to a flooded house!

The faucet looks nice and so far seems to function properly but I was very disappointed in the poor quality of the hot/cold mixer valve that comes with it. Our first one had a broken internal Oring so we returned it and I set up the other faucet while we waited for a replacement. I made sure not to over tighten the second faucet and this resulted in a VERY slow leak that wasn’t realized until I went to grab something from under the sink several days later and found that it had already warped the bottom of our cabinet a bit, after several 1/8 turns (so as not to damage the internal Oring) I think I have the leak taken care of. When I put the 3rd one together I went to turn on the water and I had water spraying everywhere under the sink due to ANOTHER crap defective mixer valve. We like the look and function of the faucets but would highly recommend just ordering a separate quality hot/cold mixer valve. After removing the cheap crap that came with it and installing a decent one we have no more issues
