This product is useless. The product is so thin and the adhesive is so sticky that you can't put it on in a flat and smooth way.I would not recommend this product.If I could give a negative star I wouldUnfortunately, I can't return it, it's just going into the trash.

Did the job. I didn’t have trouble getting them to stick as others have, in fact my only complaint is that they were painful to remove and left glue on my leg.I will use the rest of them but will look for better options after that

These are nice, super thin film - had to double up on my thighs. You have to peel them a certain way off of the backing, I wasted a couple not realizing it.

I decided to test these before going all in. I could only take a few steps before the edges started to peel up. At that point you're not getting a friction free, smooth result. I tried a second set and applied again making sure to really smooth around all of the edges. But, some spots along the edge didn't even adhere properly to begin with. Very disappointing. If the edges stuck I'd say they are a great product. But they don't do I won't.

They're sticky but don't stick well. As soon as I put them on, they both rolled up a bit on one side and made it very uncomfortable

The product works if you are not walking constantly and you need to change it if you are planing to use it all day long. It causes bigger rashes.It is easy tu out and to remove.Vaseline is more useful.
