This towel warmer is a very good value for the price. It is very well designed and high tech with it's digital display of time and temperature. One great feature is its ability to warm a towel through. By this I mean that the inside layers are as warm as the outside. With my old towel warmer, I would have to pull the towel out and re-roll it in the other direction to get the inner layers warm. And my old one only had off and on functionality, whereas this one allows you set set the amount of warming time and delay the start. Plus the it displays the inside temperature and uses a color coded bar (green to red) to let you know its progress. It's amazing that they can sell it at such a favorable price. Trump tariffs will not put a dent in its sales because it is worth more than the current cost.

I took a chance ordering a product with very few reviews. What a disappointment. First, the positive: it came packaged in a large Amazon box which protected the box it was in. It was light weight. Now, the negative: it didn't heat my towel! I tried on 3 different days to get my towel to warm up. The unit would heat up and then quickly drop its temperature. I watched the temp drop on the digital display. Even when it was set for 40 minutes, the most that happened was the chill was removed from the towel. When I took the towel out, I could feel no heat inside. I do not recommend this product.

This towel warmer works well! It does slightly concern me that the temperature of the heating element gets so high (above 250 at some times) BUT the actual towel and temperature inside the heater doesn’t get that high. I’m assuming that’s just how hot the heating element gets. I only knocked a star off because of that and I’m concerned in the long run how the heat will affect my towels. But it did warm them up quick, and I like how easy it is to turn on. I also like the red light across the top to display that it’s heating and so you can tell your child not to go near it when it’s red. I know that will help as I have a very curious child, and it’ll be easy for her to know when to stay away. Overall I like it!

Wow. Just wow. I am in love. I've never had any kind of towel warmer before and never have used one anywhere. We've had some bitter cold weather which has allowed me to super appreciate this warmer. It's not big, but can easily hold two bath towels. Maybe more but I haven't tried. It will also hold my winter robe but since that isn't cotton, I'm afraid it might melt my robe! I like the different settings for how long it'll heat up your towels. 20 minutes is nice if you are pressed for time but definitely use 60 minutes if you are able. The unit is nice and light in weight which is important for me since I can't leave it plugged in on my vanity all day. I haven't used the timer for scheduling in advance but it's nice to know it is there. Now that I have one of these, I can't imagine not having one ever again. Just buy this and enjoy the luxury!

Do you absolutely need a towel warmer? Probably not, but this is pretty affordable luxury that does add comfort to washing up. I've used it for face cloths and bath towels and it's made washing my face and taking baths and showers when the house is colder just a little bit nicer. It's particularly nice after using any kind of face mask to pop a warm wash cloth on your face to pat dry and to wrap up in a warm towel after a bath. It's simple to use and the fragrance discs are a nice touch to make the towels smell extra-fresh. I imagine this will also be nice for robes and blankets, though I've yet to use them for those. I can't speak to the longevity of this thing, but so far so good. I'll also note that the exterior doesn't feel especially hot while it's warming the towels, which is important for safety. I'm really happy to have this thing.

So nice to have a warm towel for your body in the winter time. This is a good quality item and the fragrances are wonderful.
