One reason I like this thing better than a dryer is that you can actually have it near your shower or bath. I do think it's a bit expensive for what you get, but it is a nice addition to the bathroom. Having two options for wiring It is a huge bonus in my opinion. Being able to hardwire this thing is a fantastic option. It just makes the whole piece look integrated into the bathroom as opposed to an accessory attached to the wall.

I recently ordered the black towel warmer for my bathroom. It looks exactly as the photos. It is constructed well. The problem is it's ability to actually warm a towel or rather the lack of ability. I ran two tests. The first test, the temperature was set at mid range for an hour. Well, it was barely warm in the area of the bar that was hung on but everywhere else was room temp despite touching the other bars. The second test was at the max temperature for an hour. Again, the towel was kind of, sorta warm in the one area. We used one standard size towel and draped over the top bar. I guess this is for people who soak or take super long showers. I take 45 minutes tops if I shave and do any facial or hair treatments too. Who has over an hour to wait for a singular towel to warm? If there were several towels, it would take forever. You'd have to plan and preheat it for several hours.

I really like this heated towel rack. It is of very good quality, has very easy instructions, and is quick and simple to assemble. The installation instructions for mounting it to the wall are very clear and easy to follow. It looks beautiful on the wall, has a great modern design, holds many towels, and dries them very well. I’ve been looking for a towel rack like this for a long time because towels don’t dry quickly on their own, especially in the summer when you take frequent showers. This is amazing because it saves you from having to wash towels so often just because they don’t dry in time. It’s fantastic, I love it, and I definitely recommend it. I regret not buying it sooner.

This towel rack is great! It matches my modern decor, and this was easy to hang. It hangs close to the wall, so it takes up minimal room in my crowded bathroom.

You can set a timer up to 24 hours but I really wish there was a static on/off mode. Other than that its as advertised, make sure you install one side on a stud or it could rip out of your drywall.

Loved the look of this towel warmer. However, you should heed the fact these don't carry any local electricity safety accreditations. We fitted it (plug-in option), and it heated up the first time, although there was a suspicious smell whilst it did so. Next morning, switched it on to warm our towels and....nothing. Immediately removed and sent back. Worrying product.

I really wanted to like this device, but decided against installing it after I saw that it lacked all safety certification.My one concern, and it’s substantial, is that the unit has no markings on it that show any quality testing that says that it won’t burn your house down. As a guy who used to investigate dangerous electrical gadgets that could burn down your house, and saw some seriously scary stuff, I always look for Underwriter’s Labs (UL), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), or Electrical Testing Labs (ETL) - they actually cycle and stress stuff that they certify and make sure it won’t catch fire. This shows nothing, and it worries me. It might be wonderful and safe, or it might be a huge fire hazard… who knows? Maybe I’m paranoid about this stuff, but the stories I could tell you!So… it’s a “kind of recommended because it looks cool and seems to be well built†with a reluctant three stars. If it bore C(UL)US, C(ETL), or CSA certification, I’d happily give it five stars.
