Good quality, might be better than the originals. The replacements had turn signals built into the mirrors that the originals did not have - a big plus. A little messy installing, but doable. Very good packaging that likely reduces waste. Would definitatly buy again, but that would likely mean an accident of some kind and I would just as soon skip that.Karl b

Just got them today and installed took 30 minutes for both sides only thing is it came clam shellled from the box I how they make it right and send the pure mirros but other then that love how they look u pay what u get for so down expect dealer mirros but for the price let’s do it . And I hop they send a new unit the the clam which is just he mirror part not the unit

Great quality and very durable. Easy to install. I like the blinker style and the material of the mirrors is a lot more sturdy and functional than my stock mirrors. 2017 Dodge Ram 1500

Extremely well packaged in a Styrofoam 2 piece block inside a heavy duty cardboard box. Clear instructions, correct connectors. I can't tell these mirrors apart from MOPAR factory tow mirrors they are that good. Plug and play for existing options on my 2018 Ram 1500 Tradesman 5.7L Hemi. Power adjust and mirror heat worked right out of the box. Be aware if you have a 2018 or newer Ram you will need three things to make the turn signal, puddle lights and mirror position sensor work. This is a Ram thing that the mirror manufacturer has no control over. You will need an bi-directional OBD2 scanner or cable, a security bypass module or cable and alfaobd software to turn those features on in your body control module. 2017 and earlier Rams do not need the security bypass. Perfect mirrors, highly recommend.

They were a good set of mirrors. The write up said they were silver when I got them. They were chrome need better description.

All works great except when you flip mirror from sport to tow the switch does not change like the factory ones so you have to think on which way to move it.

These are really good quality towing mirrors for a great price. They even came with tools to help remove your door panels. Just watch a YouTube video not hard to install.

First off,I would give this product a 2.5 star if it weren't for the great price when compared to OEM and the good customer service.The main mirrors vibrate considerably over the slightest bumps and when going over 100km/hr on the highway when in tow mode. They vibrate moderately when in normal mode. The convexed mirrors are very solid.The worst issue is with the passenger main mirror. I thought it was the mirror but it turns out it must be the socket in the housing that the mirror clips into. The issue is that the main mirror is concaved or convexed slightly when installed. This makes the reflection very distorted and magnified. Customer service was very quick to respond sending me a replacement main mirror. It looked perfect when not installed, but once installed it has the same issue.This is just me being nit picky but the LED turn signals both on the outside and the ones in the convexed mirror are brutally dim. You pretty much can't notice them at all during the day. Not horrible but not super at night. The puddle lamp is also very dim at night. It's as if the used standard LEDs instead of cobb etc.Finally, this only happened once but it makes me fear a permanent failure at some point. When flipping from tow mode to normal mode, the controls didn't switch. So up was right, right was down etc. I had to flip between tow and normal mode a few times then it went back to normal.Overall the build quality of the materials and fit/finish is very good, but if the mirror isn't accident with it's reflection, what good is it?
