I think based on the pictures and the purported purpose, I was expecting something probably 4-5 times the *volumetric* size of this thing. The dimensions given are accurate... I guess I was not paying sufficient attention. I don't even know what kind of toys (plural!) they expect you to put in here (maybe a c-ring and a bullet vibe?).The quality is good. Materials are nice, good construction and okay stitching (not acceptable for traveling but okay to keep at home), fully lined. The lock is absolutely as chintzy as you'd expect: it will keep your 4-year-old out for a little bit of time, but don't expect much more.The price of this bag is insane given the small size.

Took me HOURS to figure out the code. First of all, set the numbers to to 0-0-0 and it'll open. It didn't even let me set the code. It then proceeded to change the code to 0-2-0. The bag worked great until one day week later I opened it. Went to close it up and then I tried to open it again and it won't open. DO NOT BUY THIS BAG IS A HORRIBLE WASTE OF MONEY. It cost $40. Its contents cost hundreds of dollars. Now I have to cut it open. This is unacceptable.

Didn't know where to put them beforehand now I know they aren't gonna be accidentally found and I'm not worried about it.

Tried to put a new combination on the lock and it seized up on the 90 degree angle in the lock position. LOCK IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! Had to throw out the lock. Not worth 38 dollars!
