Attention Please.
Not suitable for small-hole wire mesh fence.
The length of the tool is 3.2 inches, and the width is 1 inch. Its principle of operation requires fixation and rotation, so the tool is not suitable for use with wire mesh that has a hole size smaller than 3.2 inches by 1 inch.
Size of wire.
The tool is a manual device designed to help wind straight wires onto another straight wire. Therefore, the tool cannot be used with wires that are too thick in diameter. We recommend using wires with a diameter of less than or equal to 0.12 inches.
Spacing between wires.
The length of the tool is 3.2 inches, and the width is 1 inch. Its principle of operation requires fixation and rotation, so the tool is also not suitable for use with fences where the distance between adjacent wires is smaller than 3.2 inches.
Length reserved for bending.
According to the design principle of the tool, there needs to be a certain amount of reserved length when using the tool to wind wire. When the length is less than 1.8 inches, the tool is unable to wind the wire.

This has been a useful little tool for mounting new goat wire to T-posts. I'm sure it would work for any strand wire also.

These work great! So much easier to hold on to than the round tools I’ve used for years. If you’re like me and want your ties to be really tight then this is what you need.(Did I mention that they are easier to hold on to?)

I do not understand why this tool is not sold for a lot more! It’s life changing! It helped me finish my pasture fence way faster! If you are doing a fence, you need this!

Waste of money. Serious risk of cutting hands when it inevitably slips off the wire because of the shallow notch. Wear thick gloves. Works marginally only if there is enough space between wires to spin the tool. I had such high hopes, but the awkward pliers method still works the best for me.
