This item was easy to assembly and well built. Love the large display of the weight. I received the truck the next day and it was packaged in a matter some that it wouldn't get damaged.

Ordered this pallet jack a year ago and has been perfect! Had to get the calibration recertified for UL and the unit passed without needing any adjustments. Customer service is great as well. One of our employees ran over a connector, crushing it and customer service sent us the replacement connector free of charge! Great company to partner with!
