As a buyer of the TradMall Travel Umbrella, I’m impressed with its quality given the price. It is an umbrella it blocks the sun or prevent you from getting wet. It is sturdy enough to last for years. Handle has a good feel in it. It is lightweight. Small enough to fit in a bag. I love it. Final verdict it is a good buy for something that $8 - $10.Why buy it?- It is not expensive- Materials used can last years, you'll probably lose it before you worn it out.-You should not be buying $40 umbrella that will probably do the same job.

This is a very good umbrella for the price. It's sturdy and well made, doesn't feel cheap, and the open/close mechanism is responsive and quick. It provides good coverage without being huge and hard to walk around with, folds up to a pretty compact size, and the handle is comfortable to hold. It's easy to get back into the slip it comes in, and I like the elastic cord that I can sling around my wrist while holding it. I'm really happy with it overall.I really want to highlight the outstanding customer service of TradMall. They stand behind their product, and care about customer satisfaction. I had this umbrella for over a year, and had used it quite a few times. It held up well in average rainy weather, until last week a sudden strong gust turned it inside out for the first time, and the material tore away from one of the ribs. These umbrellas have a lifetime warranty, so I emailed TradMall and told them what happened. I wasn't even sure they'd answer, but I had a reply within hours. The customer service person I spoke with (Tracy) was friendly and professional, and by the evening of the day I sent the email, they'd placed an order for a replacement umbrella, no questions asked. It arrived today, just a few days later. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience, and I definitely recommend this umbrella.

I wrote the following review when I bought the umbrella. Recently a spoke broke. I contacted Tradmall. They responded immediately and arranged for a replacement.They have the Best customer service. They do what they promise.Can't ask for a better product or better customer service.Original review......I love this umbrella! I use it every day for sun protection and, of course, when it rains. Since I live in Florida, that means I use it constantly.It never breaks when the wind blows it inside out. I just turn it around and the wind pops it back.It's big enough to keep you dry. It's small and light enough to carry. It's not for a small handbag but I find those umbrellas too small and flimsy to really keep you dry.From my experience with other brand umbrellas, closing this type of umbrella is difficult. They have a button to open and close. But to really close it you have to push the handle in. I had to push the others against a wall or sidewalk and it was still difficult. This umbrella is tight but I can still close it with my own strength.... and I'm older with arthritis in my hands.Last, this company is great to deal with. Good customer response when I had a problem.Since I use it all the time every day, I have several. Can't be without it.

Bought umbrella in September, and it no longer closes nor opens. Out of nowhere umbrellas just stopped working. No damage to exterior but handle will not fully close and umbrella will not click to hold it open.

I love this umbrella. It's large enough for two but wonderful for one. The handle to great for me bc of hand arthritis . It has a button to release and open. It is stiff and required a lot of arm strength to close to it's smallest size but it's not impossible. I enjoyed picking colors.

Bought for my kids and the push button open/close is such a great feature. The umbrella seems sturdy and a great size. Bigger then a kids umbrella but manageable for the kids.

es como lo describan, de muy buen tamaño personal, con 9 ribs de refuerzo, muy practico para cargar, y se abre con un botón y se cierra con el mismo botón, muy funcional como para cuando quieres bajarte del auto sin mojarte

This umbrella is a ray of sunshine, which is just what is needed on a rainy day! I bought it in yellow so it would make people happier in the rain. On top of that, it is well made and sturdy, it opens and closes easily, and the handle feels soft. It's a keeper!

The umbrella was packed in its box, delivered quickly and well-packaged. Thank you, seller, for your nice customer service. I used the umbrella in the park when it was drizzling. I like the blue color of the item as it feels as if the sky is blue and the rain looks less gloomy. 😀 I am happy with my purchase. I also liked the handle of the umbrella, it works well for me. Also, it did not feel heavy to carry for me, despite a seemingly solid body of the umbrella.
