We used these screws to refasten the deck boards on our trailer. They tapped well and held the boards with ease. They worked well and are a good value. They are easy to use and remove as well if needed.

They worked, the thread cutting ability of these were not as good as some other brands I've used , but no other issue with using these screws.(none bent, broke or stripped) Would use again.

The 5/16 X 18 thread size is ideal for many of our projects. Aside from self tapping metal work, the 2 1/2 length can be shortened a bit to get a proper fit with a standard hex nut and washer. The large flat head absorbs heavy tightening without crushing the underlayment. We tested them on dry hardwood with very little compression. The included Torx drive short adaptor is a "must-have" to use these bolts ('tho it would have been nicer to have a full length driver in the box). Still, considering the cost, these deck screws are a very good value. ~ The Duffian

Good quality, nice length, smooth threads, these screws work great. Torx head is great for grip.

These worked great for fixing deck boards loose from old broken screws on our horse trailer. Drilling a 9/32" pilot hole set up these screws for success. Using a 1/4" impact at a low speed to drive the VGBUY deck screws; they threaded quickly and torqued the deck board down quickly.As of the writing of this review, the cost/value is "OK" for the amount of screws in the package. Local vendors offer the screws with the same specifications for .30 cents per unit. (Minus 1 star) Overall, I would recommend these for making a repair for trailer decks or connex flooring.

I love the Torx system, so I'm always trying to collect various sizes when I see them on a good deal. But not all Torx are the same, I've learned, and some can be lower quality, which defeats the purpose in my opinion. These are great, and the price is right. I'm very happy with them.
