When installing, the hook end is easy to connect, but the other end has an oval link with a screw keeper so you’ll need to find the proper attachment locale on your vehicle. Luckily, my Jeep had a hole in the frame where the link could attach. UPDATE: now, it’s a few weeks later, and FYI, I chose to leave the cables on the Jeep (cause I thought it looked cool) and noticed the sun has faded a good portion of the blue color. It seems that the blue color coating transformed to clear and can see, what appears to be copper wire through the plastic. No real biggie, but a tad disappointing.

They work great with heavy planters.

I tow a car behind my RV all the time, so these get a lot of use. The ones that came with my tow bar system had very difficult snap hooks. These are MUCH heavier duty and much easier to open. Nice product!

Looks good, but a 2 inch by 1/2 inch gouge scraped off of the vinyl coating, probably during cable assembly. No damage to the steel cable underneath. Should have been QAed before shipping.

Easy to install, coils keep the cables from dragging. Very good product.
