I bought this for my grandson. It was easy for my 4 yr old grandson to assemble . The size is great it doesn’t take up too much space. Train doesn’t require any tools. Yes, I would refer to his to my friends and family. Price wasn’t bad either.

Lots of parts but even a 3 year old could assemble the track with a little help. Worked well and has one piece of track with sound effects. Great value.

Pros: good amount of train cars and extra pieces (stops signs etc) and the train runs very well on the tracks.Cons: lots of little pieces and sometimes hard to put the track together (efficiently), but that’s probably the case with any train track set.

This is so cute! Not only is it a train. It’s a police train! Speed is fast, easy to Build! It’s a bit noisy but not loud like other battery trains.

This train set has been a lifesaver!! It is easy and quick to put together and take apart, the pieces are super durable (as has been thoroughly tested by my 3 year old. He is NOT gentle) and easy to use.There’s a single button on top of the train to turn it off and on and that thing has SPEED!We even put the train on our hardwood floor without setting up the track and it choo-chooed right along! That was fun because all of the kids chased it around and sent it in different directions. It got lots of wiggles out which is exactly what this exhausted momma needed!And as an added bonus, it is quiet! I’m all for toys that aren’t obnoxiously loud or repetitive! It’s any parents dream toy

Overall it’s a great train, comparable with Brio, Thomas and other similar trains. It looks very modern, has a train station included, the train is fast, functions well and is a great value for the money. I would say it’s great for anyone interested in trains starting about 2.5-3 years old and up.My beef is with how fast it stopped working. About 3-4 months after purchase pretty much all battery supported functions stopped working altogether. You can’t get it fixed and the manufacturer does not care, you can still utilize it if your kid is into manually dragging the train along the tracks. But that’s not what I expected from this product.After all, stick to Brio, at least it will continue t work endlessly.
