I bought a stainless steel pan from this company a few years ago and love it. This non stick pan did not disappoint. As long as you follow the directions to season it and don’t use high heatIt has now become my go to pans for eggs easy over and omelets. Add cheese and makes a great morning English muffin sandwich. Wash clean up

Very happy with this pan so far. It's not super heavy, but I used it to brown 2# burger the other night and it worked like a charm. I bought a cheap pan a couple weeks ago, put it on the burner on medium heat (induction cooktop), and within 1-2 minutes the base warped horribly. Now that pan was a couple inches wider in diameter so that may have contributed, but I suspect it was the thing material that was most at fault.This pan maintained perfect integrity. I seasoned it as directed in the instructions, and preheated it on medium heat, then added the 2# burger. Because of the large amount of cold meat (plus onions and garlic) I turned the burner up to medium-high + and the pan performed beautifully.Clean up was a breeze.I do wish this was about 1 inch larger in diameter, honestly. But in all other respects this is a 10.

The pan heats evenly and does not over heat too quickly which is important when cooking your food. The ceramic coating make it super easy for cleaning.

If you want good over easy eggs use a commercial non stick..i say that with every pan ..not knocking this product...just the way it is..but for decent all around cooking..a solid pick

Very aesthetic!I love the pearly hue and the gold handles. The inside is glossy and the actual pot is sturdy and weighted.Whole thing can be put in the oven.
