Boy do I love this pan. I researched for a long time and finally settled on this. Good quality - heavy but not too heavy. Perfect size!! Great for cooking for one to four people. Clean up is a breeze!! And it’s gorgeous !!! I use it almost everyday. Everything from a couple eggs to a spaghetti dinner. Stove top to oven - so versatile. Highly recommend.

My favorite pan to use is this band so wanted to stay with it, mine is in the pro series but this pan is lovely, excellent quality pan. I love my original pro series because it does not burn, easy to clean and good weighted bottom. This pan does not have the extra weighted bottom but very substantial on its own.

Let me begin by saying it actually holds 3 quarts. That may sound strange since it says 3 quarts but others I tried did not. It is well made, sturdy, on the heavier side and works on induction cook tops. It cleans easily and looks good after several cooking sessions. It has been used for hot, quick recipes and longer low temp slower cooking recipes without any issues. I recommend this saucepan without reservations of any kind.

I have struggled with soupy pasta dishes and sautés sloshing out of traditional shallow frying pans for years. I finally decided to upgrade all of my aging cookware and turns out there are all sorts of fun shapes and sizes out there! This 3-qt braiser/rondeau is my favorite. You can fry in it, make stews and pasta dishes in it, cook meat and casseroles, you name it. Basically, if all you ever had was ONE thing to cook in, this might be it. It is not non-stick, but as long as you preheat it until it is good and hot, and use a layer of oil in the bottom, it cleans up easily, like new. This is a good company, a solid pan, a good buy in my opinion. And it should last for YEARS.

I adore this pan! I use it for everything. If you know how to use a stainless steel pan, allowing the pan to charge properly as well as using an appropriately oil, your food will not stick. I cook eggs in it mostly but love to also make chicken breasts and saute veggies. Excellent quality, the right about of weight and easy to clean

Finally, we have this fantastic rondeaux. I've made several dishes in this and it cleans up beautifully. I've even made beef cutlets and nothing sticks to the pan. Considering the price of others, this is the best purchase.

Just got the pan yesterday and used it last night. It’s an excellent pan and very well built. High quality steel. Also, made in Brazil. I believe the company has moved away from China and now makes them in Brazil.I am very satisfied.They should offer another version with a lid. Would pay $20 more for lid if available.

Been using it for a few months and it's a huge upgrade from my previous pan. Very affordable and practical even for a novice chef such as myself.
