Back hoop support was bent to far outward and couldn’t get it to attach with the screws. Bent it in a little to flush and it fit nicely. Net should have holes to help align for backboard attachment. Spots of paint were already pealing when I opened the box. Otherwise everything went up smoothly. Looks great. Should last longer than the last one I had that came with the propel trampoline.

We installed this item after getting it for Christmas. It sheered off all the screws attaching to the trampoline. Haven’t had any luck with getting in touch with the manufacture for a replacement. We had high hopes for it.

The hoop didn't fit our trampoline. One of the screws they send had no treads. We had to go to the hardware store to get things to make it work. For $50 it should've worked out of the box.

This trampoline hoop has so much potential. Having a decent hoop with lighting would make for a lot of fun evenings on the trampoline as the days get shorter.Unfortunately, not only were the instructions for assembly absolutely awful, but the hardware included did not fit our trampoline pole. The listing said it was for 25mm poles, and I thought that's what I measured on ours, but apparently, I was wrong. That part is entirely my fault. There's no excuse for the vague and terrible directions, though. I muddled my way through assembly, having to undo and redo various things because the instructions were unclear or, in some cases, downright wrong.The whole thing was finally assembled, and the kids were absolutely rabid to have it on the trampoline. It wasn't until we tried to install it that we realized it wasn't possible. We're going to have to go to a hardware store to get the right size eye bolt and then wrestle our way through the instructions on how to install it. Not looking forward to that.Overall, if you have the right size trampoline and are okay with taking an entire evening trying to figure out how to put this thing together, this could be a lot of fun.
