No complaints, the grandchildren love it and can’t wait to add the lights and sprinkler come summer. Everything was packaged well and in perfect condition. We ran into shipping issues but the seller was quick to step in and resolve the problem. They were great and easy to work with.I recommend this trampoline and the seller.

This is a great trampoline! Very heavy duty and will give my grandchildren hours of fun. I put it together by myself over about a week. My issue is, it is not complete. I cannot put the basketball hoop up because I am missing a bottom post. There should be 12 bottom posts, but I only received 11. I have called the customer service number listed on the instruction book and it goes straight to voicemail. I left a message and have not received a return call. I have also attempted to send an email to the listed email address 3 times and each time, it is returned undeliverable. I'm not sure where to go from here.Update: I was able to contact the seller through Amazon and was notified right away by the seller and they promptly sent my missing bottom post. I will now be able to finish the trampoline. I changed the stars from 3 to 4 for the prompt resolution to my issue. Just disappointed that the book came with a customer service number and email that did not work. But I am happy now!

In Dallas we keep getting strong winds and storms. Just in couple of months post install, it’s rods ( the vertical ones, holding the net) have bended and whole thing has lost its shape…2 days post my initial review went live, I really was amazed with the customer service from the seller. They reached out, apologized for my inconvenience even when it’s a weather damage ( no manufacturing issue with the product itself) and are shipping the damaged parts free of cost. Also refunded a portion of my purchase price as a token of sorry. Amazing customer service. Changing my rating to 5star

This trampoline is made along the same value as a walmart trampoline for almost 3x the cost.The hardware is cheap the metal poles are thin and the bolts that hold them together are cheap and they break easy.This is not a 500 dollar plus trampoline.Walmart sells the same one for a third of the price.I definitely didn't get what I paid for.

We had received a recommendation for this particular trampoline from family. Went for the 14 ft w/ safety net. It arrived very quickly!***At first only one box delivered and I was worried because the safety net and a few other items were not included — we reached out to the seller and they quickly responded to our questions/concerns and informed us there would be a second box that could deliver at a separate time. Sure enough, it did a day or so after. We received everything in both boxes.Assembly was honesty not too bad overall. The instructions were pretty straightforward (though one section did not specify the direction the safety bars should face so we had to take them all down and reorient them).After set up (took a few hours mostly by myself with some help towards the end) the trampoline worked perfectly fine and looks great! We are very satisfied with the product, customer service, and can both wholeheartedly and highly recommend this!

Cool product, but came with a small hole on the trampoline part and the green liner ripped easily when tied.Updated: the seller has quickly reached out and will be sending replacement parts. Good customer service.
