This tape refill will not tear on any dispenser that I have. The tape is not sticky after you finally cut it. The tape is awful. Do not recommend.

I really like this tape, it’s a great value for your money and lasts a long time. It can be a little bit harder to dispense than a regular scotch brand tape, but the price can’t be beat especially if you go through as much tape as my job does.

We laughed when we opened this tape and it had instructions for use... turns out they are needed because the tape is made of cellophane which makes it a little harder to use than regular tape. Pulling and ripping the tape one handed was sometimes tricky while wrapping gifts. It is definitely a strong tape - just a little harder to pull and rip. Overall... it's tape and it works and it was cheaper than previous tapes so it's good enough for my purposes.

I was trying to save money and not buy the name brand Scotch tape, and again, the quality is poor. First off, just trying to start the tape is super tough! 🤨 Then, once you start it and put it on your tape dispenser, you have to pull hard down in one direction to tear it.I cannot believe that after all these years, companies still can't figure out how to make decent tape at a reasonable price. If you're looking to save some money no matter what, this is probably okay, but I'm telling you, be prepared to be frustrated every time you start a new tape roll. You might as well get a pair of scissors and cut it each time—it's that tough.I kept it and tried it out for a couple of days, and finally figured out I'm just going to return it; it's that bad. 🙅â€â™‚ï¸

This tape will not tear on a typical desktop tape dispenser without ripping/marring the length of tape in use. I tried on several dispensers, too. The only way to get a clean length of tape is to use a scissor. I find that to be super annoying and a deal breaker. I tried to save a few bucks on tape and this is what I get! I give it 2 stars because at least the tape adheres like normal scotch tape. But I bought a 12 pack and will probably end up giving away or throwing out most of them. Booo.
