my husband loves it, I bought 3 different kinds and this was the least expensive and yet the most comfortable according to my husband. The other ones were not as soft and one was lumpy and more money. not woth it. this one is soft and comfy.

Great product but a chemical smell she. You first open. I’d buy this a few days before travel and open it up to air. Great product

We’ve purchased this neck pillow before for our 13 hour flight. It does its job by being comfortable enough to fall asleep with, preventing neck cramps. Its storage bag is useful and can be tied to a backpack/carry on. Our only concern is the smell of the material. We ordered a new set for more family members and wanted to wash the cover, revealing that the foam already developed mold. Not sure if the mold was straight from the factory or developed during shipment.

it is soft and comfy and is very nice to have for a long plane ride. it supports the neck well and is a great thing to have when sleeping on a plane accompanied with noise canceling earbuds on earplugs. it fits well into its travel bag and for the price is great compared to ones you would see at the airport or store for double or triple the price.

Very nice neck pillow . Fast shipping . The only downside is you have to let it air out before use about three days smells bad when you first opened it .

This neck pillow is pretty nice and sturdy but the foam material has a very strong plastic?odor. I can’t wash the foam itself but I was able to clean the fabric part which is convenient.
