I had doubts as reviews were negative about the zipper, smell, & durability. I bought 2 of the 20" suitcase and each was used as a carry-on for 4 different plane rides and I love this luggage! The outer shell is a little flexible so it is more forgiving on packing your clothes. Packed full was still lightweight enough to lift in the overhead compartment on the plane. Zippers inside & out functioned fine. All 4 wheels rolled fine on concrete or asphalt, but on carpet it worked better pulling suitcase on 2 wheels. The retractable handle worked fine, but on the flimsy side when on all 4 wheels. However, reasonable price.

Sturdy and stylish!I love that it’s on the smaller side (19.5â€) compared to other carry-on’s therefore it’s very easy to wheel across airport parking lots and airport terminals during flight changes. Our flight was canceled and caused a chain reaction of mishaps. We walked at least 4 miles total with our suitcases and this carry-on was easy to maneuver. I purchased the antique rose.

Purchased 3 of these, all different colors, for our children. It’s a good carry on suitcase. It does measure 20 inches so it’s within the carry on specifications of flights. Wheels work well, no issues locking up. Does seem to dent pretty easily which is why I gave it a four star but really can’t complain too much given the price. It’s a good suitcase that won’t break the bank. They have a nice color, also available in multiple different colors.

I've had this suit case for a while. I wasn't sure because it was inexpensive and you never know. But it has held up and I've used it a bunch. Its cute and affordable.

I purchased this for my husband for Vegas, once we got there I looked in it and I cannot believe all the stuff he managed to pack in it! My bad was a tad bigger and don’t feel like I could pack near as much. Perfect carryon!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas because I wanted to start traveling with her. This is her first suitcase and we finally got around going on a little road trip and she used it. When we got to our destination, a 5 Hour Dr. I opened my trunk to my BMW and found That it was cracked already. If a suitcase can’t handle being in the trunk of a car it definitely can’t be handled being loaded and unloaded off a plane. Cheapest suitcase I’ve ever bought

I have already taken it on 10 flights and it still looks and works like new. The common complain seems to be the handle but I would say that it probably feels weaker than it actually is.Zero issues so far. I was expecting it to already fall apart for this price.It fits more than you think and is very light. The shell itself is not super thick, so if you’re packing a lot of stuff and can’t close it - I wouldn’t recommend doing any manoeuvres which involve pressing on it with your knee.

Purchased the navy hard sided spinner travel in case for an overseas vacation . Worked great . Loved the spinner wheels , the navy colour was easy to spot . Great quality , excellent price
