For the price this creeper is worth every bit for its functionality, what you can do with it and the stress it takes off your body. After reading countless reviews of others claiming packaging issues leaving scratches on the metal, rips/tears in the cushion. My only concern was the condition of the cushion, which was immaculate. If one is worried about scratches, this creeper is no different than any other tool in the cabinet. Assembly Is easy, I did have an alignment issue with the spring loaded pins for the topside hinge. A drill bit took care of this very minimal misalignment. I added the extra tray and left the pouch on the front for versatility storage. The Styrofoam is a cheap and lousy protection for vehicles, therefore I added some carpet I also use in my tool boxes. I will add more to the uprights aswell. It's sturdy, folds down for storage. The pads is large and comfortable for the average size person. The pins lock in place nicely. Do your back a solid and treat yourself

Ive neen debating purchasing one for a while now. I recently had to reseal the entire valley on a 7.3 powerstroke. This is a very time consuming job spent entirely over the engine. It wasnt hard to talk myself into buying this. The quality is great. It is very easy to set up, and folds away nicely for storage. When locked it is very sturdy and the locking casters hold in place very well. I spent a large chunk of the day on this and wonder what I would have done without it. I keep this in my service truck now and have used it multiple time in the field for repairing diesel trucks. At first I though itd be too much to set up to be worthwhile, but I find myself pulling it out more often. What a treat to use. Worth every cent.

Great product that works great and makes working on taller trucks much easier and comfortable. It locks solid and does not move. A couple complaints I have are minor and do not affect the operation of the product. 1) the foam is very loose but can be fixed with some tape. 2) mine came slightly scratched as shown in the picture. Nothing major but worth mentioning. Assembly was quick and simple.

Excellent creeper. Base was welded slightly crooked at factory so it has a mild twist and only 3 casters contact ground until some weight is on it. Otherwise it would earn 5 star.

Im a short diesel tech, and work on anything from semi trucks to diesel pickup trucks and this thing is a backsaver for the pickups. easy assembly, and seems extremely sturdy. instructions are a solid 9/10 and assembly took about 20 mins. i highly recommend getting the tuck away drawer for this, it makes it perfect.

UPDATE: I fixed the problem with the base, and the rest of the assembly went well. Updated to 3 stars from 2. Plently of height adjustability, and seems sturdy enough in use. One other minor issue I had was the non-skid tread on the steps was peeling off (2 had completely fallen off before I even unpacked it). I wiped the finish on the steps really well with acetone and then reapplied the tread; so far it seems to be adhering much better.------------------original review------------------I was excited to get this to aid in working on my truck; standing on a platform and having to reach for things in the engine compartment is getting to be a pain in the back.Unfortunaley, after completing the first couple of steps during assembly I realized the based was crooked and the wheels won't all touch the floor. I moved it around to make sure it wasn't just a low spot, but the same wheel remained off the ground. The problem is the c-channels that hold the beams for the wheels weren't welded level; it's hard to see until the beams are bolted on.Traxion was responsive (the reason I give this 2 stars instead of just 1) and sent me a new center beam that indicates it was inspected, but unfortunately this one is just like the original. Based on them being out of line by about the same amount I can only conclude that there is a jig used during assembly that needs to be realigned. I emailed them informing them of this, and told them I'll just fix this myself. I'm fortunate to have a welder, so will just cut one side off and get it put on correctly.I may update this review once I have this fully assembled and can actually use it.

I can get over my 2018 F-250 super duty with room to spare. It's adjustable height means you can get right over the engine without being too high. It's relatively comfortable but if you are a big guy like me, laying on your chest for a long time is bothersome. There is no better way however, and this folds flat so storage is not a problem.

The base of the topside creeper is not level. It rocks back and forth, is wobbly, unstable, and unsafe to use.Even the photos on the manufacturers website show one of the wheels not touching the floor...apparently quality control is not a concern, lol. Also 2 out of the 4 caster wheels are locked down and don't rotate freely.Very poor quality control for a name brand product. We have the off brand copy cat that cost 1/3 of this topside creeper. It's better built than the name brand.Read the other reviews of the base being unstable. This is a known issue.

More suitable for a taller person. Hard on the neck if used for a long period of time.easy to use well made but a little pricey.
