In my Stampede, "somehow" I broke the gears on the stock servo. There may have been a curb involved. And brushless, lipo, whatever.....Anyway, I had replaced the broken gears with some from the older servo. 2018 I think. You can tell right away how weak the older ones were. The teeth were a lot finer. Smoother? Maybe, but I need the torque. So after a few older servos gave up their gears, I decided to bite the bullet. Glad I did. I have not changed them since. I try to stay away from curbs now. Not to say I haven't replaced the servo saver a couple of times!Perfect fit, easy to do. Shipped fast as usual for Amazon!

Seller is A++ Package Came with everything I needed to rebuild my servo. This was way better than spending $35 on a new servo because of a few stripped gears.

This didn’t last 30 seconds in the car. The output gear that connects to the servo saver snapped in two.
