I bought the replacement gear set for a broken gear on my Traxxas Latrax servo. The 2065 servo is easy to disassemble. However, when puting the new gears, they were running smoothly (I made them roll with my fingertips) until I put the last gear. Then the system got stuck. I even put some grease on it. I disassemble and assemble it again many times. At some point I decided to connect the servo and turn on the car. One of the gears broke again (the same gear that was originally broken). So six bucks went to the trash. I think that what happened is that one of the tiny thin axles on the servo was kind of bent (servo has 2 axles). The axle wasn't very firm. So I think that cause the first stripping, and again in the replacement gear. Bottomline: maybe these gears are not the solution. If you have another problem in your servo, like I had, you have to replace your servo. I'm taking the risk now on buying a metal gear servo (2065X part), which by the way cost 50 dollars.

Worked perfectly as it should. Was an absolute servo "saver" almost. It was detrimental in resurrecting my sons blown servo in his SST.
