My recumbent bikes tension motor had worn out gears. There was too much tension even on a 1. I bought this replacement with high hopes it would fix the problem and it did. The tension is just like it is supposed to be. Easy to install once we were able to get the parts of the bike adjusted.

did not work! and when it did the tension was reversed; 1 was 20, and 20 was 1. i should get this replaced for a working model!
