I ordered this thinking I was ordering tree spikes I opened the package and there’s a harness not happy every single photo is of the tree spikes

When we received the package, it was openned and taped back up wrong. When we openned it the straps were dirty and the spikes clearly had dirt and the steel part of the tools were scratched up. Everything about it looks used. When i bought it, no where in the order was an option to get a used or new item. So i thought i would be buying a new item after all, and for that price too.

I needed to trim tree branch, and bought this gears. Spikes are sharp enough to climb maple tree. But I needed to figure out how to tighten the gear with my shoes. I also realized that I need extra cushion on the side of shin, otherwise it starts hurting after 10min of climbing. But overall, it works good enough.

Can't climb too high, the position of the studs can't stay on the tree stably. Moreover, the plastic parts used for fixing will not be stressed.
