Instruction -- Very easy to install
Step 1
Open the safety clasp and adjust the length you need;
Step 2
Thread the rope through the 8-ring hook;
Step 3
Lock the safety clasp;
Step 4
Tighten the rope by pulling down the carabiner end.

I initially skipped the recommendation from Amazon to order this when I ordered my daughters macrame hanging chair along with the hook kit. I wasn’t sure I needed to spend the additional money on this after I just purchased the swing and hooks.. well I was silvery wrong and had an extremely upset child.. we mounted the hook it and once we took the swing out of the box and hung my daughter would’ve had to use a ladder to reach the swing! So I immediately went back on to Amazon and ordered this rope. Two days later it arrived, we very quickly added it to her swinging chair and now her chair fits perfectly in her room and at a perfect level. Definitely worth the additional cost to the chair and is very great quality! Don’t skip this item!!

I was a little confused by the instructions at first, but once I started playing with it, I figured it out. We used it to hang a swing from our tree. It went up in minutes and was easy to adjust for height. It’s very secure. Great value!

It’s amazing and we’ve been using it for weeks. It came as a two-pack which I didn’t like because I just needed one, but that could be a great thing if you have two things to hang. We would buy again.

Rope is a great length and strong, but the buckle to hold it is a bit cheap. It broke the first day we had it, so I put a stronger buckle/fastener on both of my ropes.

get it!!! I did head over to youtube and watched a video to help me! I can't find the video but it helped me and basically this helps you choose how long or short you want to use it to hand from the hook!

Had to read the visual instructions a couple of times but finally got it. Sturdy and well made.My self (190lbs) my preteen (115lbs) and my toddler (50lbs) all got in our hammock swing and it held.Came with 2 but 1 was all I needed.

We have a swing in our guest bedroom and it’s been performing just fine for about 2 years! Now that it’s a nursery, I wanted to change the rope because the black plastic clasp had slowly started to break and I just wanted to be safer than sorry. Well, I received the new product today and the safety class is exponentially smaller than the original version. You can see the original brass on the left from 2020 and the new one I received yesterday 2022. I hung it anyway but am honestly wondering if this will hold up as well. I hope I’m wrong and it doesn’t snap!
