I got this to roast whole chicken and chicken parts but this rack would also be handy for small beef or pork roasts. It fits neatly into my 9 x 13 inch roasting pan with space to spare for putting in vegetables too. I like using racks to elevate food so it doesn't cook in its own juices, making the bottom soggy. The non stick rack is great. It cleaned off easily.

The legs could have been a little long but I just ball up a few pieces of foil to raise it up from the bottom of the roasting pan.
