Need to make your truss system wider? Add an extra 5 foot truss section to your Griffin Triangle Truss System. Getting an extra truss section will provide an extension and more versatility to your current system. Triangle truss sections are 6 inches in width per side (6" x 6" x 6"). This offer is for 1 truss section as defined in the specifications below.
Each triangle trussing section is made with medium duty steel to be sturdy and durable. You can trust these triangle trusses to securely accommodate your equipment with a total load capacity of 200 pounds evenly mounted on maximum of 3 truss sections. Please note, if you are adding a 4th truss section to your system, the weight load will be reduced. This is to prevent sagging in the middle of the total span with 4 sections, Please see specifications below.

Made of medium duty steel with sturdy steel piping that will safely mount your heavy light cans or stage accessories. This is an extremely durable and long lasting trussing system, perfect for all your stage lighting needs.
GIVE YOUR LIGHTING RIG THE PLACE IT DESERVES
The triangle pipe design allows you to use C clamps mounts (not included) to mount your can lights anywhere on the truss and on any of the 3 pipes.
EXPAND TO EXISTING TRUSSES, OR INSTALL ON YOUR WALL OR CEILING
3 mounting holes at the end of each side of the truss allows you to bolt this truss to another truss which gives you the ability to expand your length. Connect truss sections together with 3 nuts and bolts (not included) Another option is to use the 3 mounting holes to drill or hang from a stud wall or ceiling joist.

While truss will get roughed up and damaged. It should never arrive that way brand new. This has happened twice now with this company. And will it may be structurally fine it is frustrating to see that they don't care about the first impression with their products. What is also frustrating is that they don't offer a note as to what sort of finish the truss has. The first 3 sections that I purchased had a glossy finish and this one had a flat finish. Also one would expect that if you were buying an extension to add to an existing system it would come with additional bolts. This does not. Thankfully from my previous experience with this company I learned not to count on that and purchased my own but this is a FYI for anyone else that buys this stuff. It does the job for the cost, but don't expect them to care about what it looks like getting to you or that it actually has everything you need to use it.

This item is easily bent. It needs TLC. Mine was delivered bent.

Most important - This is so poorly made it is dangerous. One of the pole sections isn’t even welded to the triangular end. It will not carry the weight it was rated for and that means thing could fall on your head.Cosmetically, each end has a triangular piece with three angles for a total of six. FOUR OF THE SIX angles are badly bent enough to break part of the weld making this dangerous to use for any amount of weight.You’ll also notice that some of the poles are dente near the ends too.This is the worst quality product I’ve ever gotten off Amazon.

I didn't expect to receive an product with more dimples than a golf ball. I also didn't expect holes from failed first welds. Their website promotes first class customer service but the quality of the customer service is as poor as their product. I purchased the complete crankup system as well as the extension piece and all but one of the trusses was dented in several places. Missing hardware as well. The crankup stands seem well made but that's the only plus. I know, when you don't pay much, don't expect much.

Item showed up damaged. There is NO customer service for this product.After over a week of generic emails the response was: “ We can advise you to use channel locks to bend it back to shape. “This was copied from their last response.2 of the 3 pieces are damaged. One has bad welds.I paid full price for a product. It’s disheartening that I would be asked to fix it. The item says it has a refund option but they won’t respond to that request.No customer service and the truss is POORLY made.Save your time and money.
