About this item

  • 10 Inch Flex-A-Lite Trimline Reversible Electric Fan (pusher-puller)
  • This engine-cooling fan moves 800 cfm of airflow, with 10 straight blades that provide higher constant airflow than S-blade fan car accessories and truck accessories
  • Perfect for applications that require a compact and powerful fan, this car fan measures 11-1/4 x 10-3/4 x 2-1/4 inches
  • This 12-volt, 6.5-amp radiator fan can be used to replace or supplement a belt-driven fan, or to provide additional cooling for air conditioning
  • Use this cooling fan as a primary engine fan or an auxiliary fan for additional cooling

The 10 Inch Flex-A-Lite Trimline Reversible Electric Fan provides higher airflow than an S-blade fan to improve cooling performance. This cooling fan moves 800 cfm (cubic feet per minute) of airflow and can be easily mounted to auxiliary oil coolers or used in other applications that require a compact and powerful fan. With overall dimensions of 11-1/4 x 10-3/4 x 2-1/4 inches, this car fan draws 6.5 amps from a 12-volt power supply and is built in the USA with globally sourced materials. Used as a puller or primary fan and replacing a stock belt-driven fan, this reversible electric fan eliminates the drag of the stock fan to help free up wasted horsepower and increase gas mileage. As an auxiliary radiator fan or pusher, this automotive fan can provide additional cooling for air conditioning or supplement a belt-driven fan. A compact design and ten straight blades capable of pushing or pulling more air through the radiator than S-blade fan car accessories to help improve engine efficiency. Use the Flex-A-Lite Trimline Reversible Electric Fan to improve engine cooling as a primary engine-cooling fan, radiator fan or an auxiliary fan.

I used it as an auxiliary pusher fan for AC condenser. You have to flip the blade around to be a pusher fan. I’m really impressed at the airflow. Use this for 1986 F150 with Dealership AC. It will definitely Cool they condenser and hot weather 93° high humidity. That’s the hottestIt’s so far this year. I’m sure it’s gonna be fine at 100° outside temp. It does a great job. I believe just to be a better high-quality fan than the other cheaper ones. Don’t go cheap on your AC. I don’t know Maybe you can find a good fan cheap. I’m happy with the purchase and I feel confident this fan will work for years to come. If not, I think I have a year warranty.

Update...... The fan still works perfectly, but I would recommend hooking up to a switch instead of wiring to the AC compressor. at highway speeds when the compressor cycles you can hear the fan wind up and down and can get annoying unless you have the radio onI installed this on a 1997 GMC Jimmy with a 4.3L V6. The whole A/C system was replace. The fan is on the right side of the condenser. It is not loud. I could not hear it in side. It go cold much quicker, and stayed cold when idling. The engine and alternator will load up at start up of fan and A/C but its very quick. The volt meter maybe moves a hair. This Jimmy has new battery cable and newer alternator. Will update as time go's on

I use this fan on an auxiliary radiator, mounted under my F350 6.0, when I'm towing my boat. It has been on 2 trips to the Florida Keys this year, that is about a 700 mile round trip each time during June & July. It runs constantly during the trip. I use it while towing locally too, but those are short pulls and not a good test. It moves a lot of air.

Used a Flex-a-Lite relay kit to hook up. Works great. Hasen't seen summer temps yet. Fingers crossed

This fan is easy to install, balanced, and it moves a lot of air. It is noisy, but that is not a concern with what I am using it for. I have many hours on this fan now and it has not given me trouble once.

I installed 3 of it on my Cherokee XJ. And the fan power is still not enough to cool my engine while AC is on.
