This product is cheaply made, and terrible! Once you use it for about 10 minutes it will auto feed by itself and the line will wrap around the shaft while spinning. Leaving you frustrated and pissed off. I bought the Three pack and all three of them did the exact same thing so I know it’s just not a fluke. Poor save yourself some time and just order the original echo. One tip for the original echo that will make the head last much longer is drill a hole right through the spring insert a bolt so you’re tapping the boat on the ground and not the head will last two years and I’m sorry that I just didn’t do that again, but I thought I would try to save a little money and it didn’t work

Works.like always biggest issue I have is the eyelet wares out after about 50 yards and starts to cut the string a little faster but for a person using this at home it should last you at least 2 seasons I use them to edge trim under fences, brick craw spaces sidewalks and drive ways and if your a little hard on the face tapping it you can get a new face at home depot have not seen the faces on Amazon yet but I bet after this review they show up

I rarely write reviews but you have to be warned. These are cheap plastic and don’t last for more than 5 minutes. It now makes sense why they sell these in a multi pack.

First it was packaged in a amazon bag not box .. that might lead us to the problem.. of breaking inside and me not knowing. I would blame the company because they all seem to be constructed the same way unless you have the original part when you first buy echo weed wacker.. I put it on .. and my first yard I tried to tap and feed I heard a click click .. and I went on the finish the yard . When I tried that again it didn't feed . I opened it up it was broke . I'm wondering if it's the force or was it broke in packaging.. idk .. but I do know is they accepted a swap out fast and I will try again .. hopefully ir will work .. if not I'm doomed .. because of the yards u have to do and if it fails .. smh.. it dont matter where u buy they all the same
