Grip is legit! Fills in all the spots where my foot pad doesn’t so i won’t slip on my board when I misplace my foot. Keeps the board looking great!

Always a wax guy. I never tried these, or anything like them.I had added them to one of my boards and was quite surprised how well they worked.Wax is always best, but I am happy so far with the results. and will add to a second board.It's a different feel but my feet did not slip off or at any time did I feel like I was not in control of my board during turns or take off.We are in full suites this time of year so I don't know what shorts and rash guard will feel like. Time will tell.

This hex grip tape is a much more coarse pad than some of the others that are double the price. I've seen other reviews complain about how it will basically tear up your skin but if you put any of these on your deck you NEED to at least wear a rash guard. Seems like common sense.Like other grip tapes you're going to need two packs if you're putting them on a long board. These do not come with half pieces but they are very easy to cut with scissors.

I cleaned my board throughly and dried it before installing, they all came off after 3 sessions no good

The size of these make them perfect for my board. I have minimal trimming to do for the corners. I have a design on the front of my board and these are clear so it’s perfect!!! Love this.

1) The glue is not 3M quality; it's weak. If there is the slightest speck of dust, it'll peel off. You need to use chemicals to get the board squeaky clean2) You'll need a bit of wax for the chest area. That said, it will reduce how much wax you use. I found it's enough without wax for the front foot, with or without booties.

Used on my foam core Pelican stand up paddle board for better traction. They stick really well and can be cut to shape around grommets. Also used one to cover up several small punctures in the surface at the tip of the board. I really like that they don't cover the graphics.

These are exactly what I was hoping for. They provide good traction without adding bulk or weight to the surfboard and because they are clear, they preserve the look of my board. They are grippy enough to keep from slipping, but still allow for easy movement of body and feet on the board. Time will tell if they stay stuck on the board over the long term, but my first impression is that these are great. Great value for the price too.
