Bought a flimsy plate hanger at the hardware store. Too small to fit the plate, no protective tips, no picture hanger included, cost twice as much, bent beyond use while trying to wrestle it into the large plate. This one slipped on in seconds, won’t scratch glaze, includes hanging hardware. My custom grandkid plate was up in minutes.

My parents received a very large pewter platter as a wedding gift some 65 years ago. It rested on the mantelpiece my entire childhood and, when I inherited it, we never found just the right place until this hanger came along. Now it resides in splendor on the dining room wall. Quick installation and seems very sturdy.

I've been buying signed drum heads at some of the concerts I go to and wanted to display them on the wall. Most of the options for drum head displays are pretty expensive. The cheapest way to do it is to hang them on push pins, but that that isn't terribly secure. These Tripar Wall Plate Hangers, though, do the trick. They are big enough to hold both 14.5" and 16.5" drum heads without having to really stretch out the springs, as is the case with smaller plate hangers. This holds them securely without putting a lot of force on the springs.I think you could even pair these with Command picture hooks so you don't even have to make a nail hole in the wall.

Not strong enough. I am using it on another plate, but the one I bought it for *because of the span, it is not strong enough to hold. If your plate that you want to hang is heavy, find another option. If it is light, this is a good product. Good adjustment and good span.

This hanger works beautiful for hanging our sixteen inch plate. I looked in several local stores and the largest hanger they sold was too small. Amazon saved the day, again.

Worked perfectly to hold my 20†long platter. Protective vinyl covered ends hold plate securely. Very pleased.

We used this to hang a 16" plate on the wall. Easy to use. One item: when we first hung the plate, it didn't lie flat against the wall. We found that we had to pull the hook away from the plate a bit, and that fixed the problem.
