This ia a revised review for two important reasons. First the vendor, DEPSTECH followed up on my original 3 star review with a genuine offer to make things right. I appreciate that because many Amazon vendors simply ignore review comments or post a canned suggestion tha the buyer should call the company and to discuss the concern. The all in one hand unit has a good HD IPSdisplay and both the push buttons and on screen menu and settings are easy to understand (for those of us who do not always read the included instructions). The camera cable connects via a USB3 plug, that "snaps" in with a positive lock and does not randomly disconnect as sometimes happens with USBC connectors. The kit includes a USB C cable for charging or for downloading still images or video you might take while using the unit. The hand box accepts and can formt up to a 32GB TF card. You can switch the camera view between forwrd and side view. The focus is sharp from about 1/2 inch, but useable within that distance.I did try using the inspection camera without a fish tape, but for long or convoluted runs I thnk you are going to want to have a fish tape. Without a tape it was very frustrating trying to feed the caamera past the second turn in a long small diameter HVAC run.The kit comes in a fitted zippered hard case, but fair warning once you uncoil the camera cable it will require a bit of patience to restow it in the case. You may want to get a fish tape of some sort for some jobs it will help you feed the camera in long runs particularly if if there are elbows or joints/ridges that can impede forward progress. So far this tool has helped me find

Bought this for one purpose- going out sewer line to find the outdoor clean out, long buried under lawn.Cheaper unit I already had just wouldn't work, one issue after another. These are handy tools for many things, but most have short focus some only 1-2 ", and a variety of issues. This device- perfect.First- the depth of what is in clear focus is much more than the listing describes. It's at least 18".Second, the light level is very bright. Between those two factors, it's easy to see issues quickly.Cable- also just right. I pushed the camera 28 ft out before finding the cleanout. Straightened it as it went, which was easy. Never buckled or kinked, it just pushed along.Image on the display- excellent. Really excellent. Instructions are clear, simple. Two points to mention. When you put a camera in anything dirty, it's easy to gunk up the lens. I took a piece of stainless wire and made a coil with a couple legs. Taped the legs to the cable, so the camera was inside the little cage. That kept the camera off the bottom and sides, zero problems. Occurred to me after the fact that one could take a small wire "kitchen whisk" and make something like this easily. The second is that the system comes in a very nice case. However as is often true with long hoses and wires, it's nearly impossible to wind them up as neatly as they came- and if you don't, you won't be able to get it back in the space made for it in the case.Depstech could improve on both points; provide a removable camera cage, enlarge the cable storage pocket.Overall, this device performs on a truly professional level.

Though advertised as a sewer inspection camera, I use it for inspecting welds in pipe/tubing. All in all, it works great for that, with some limitations. Picture quality is quite good, even though it can be a little difficult to get a good view in focus, sometimes. Again, this is not the camera's intended purpose, so no fault there. The side views are a great bonus, and the lighting works surprisingly well, compared to some other cameras I've tried. The cable is rigid enough to push the whole length through a pipe, even with a couple of bends--just be mindful of the radius. In a sewer line, I suppose this won't be a problem. The screen works quite well, although I've only tried it indoors, and not in bright sunlight. The included micro SD card is adequate, but you may prefer it different capacity card, or just a different brand. That said, you can easily download pictured from the camera with the included cable, or simply remove the card to download the pictures. The cable makes it easy to charge the camera, although I haven't taken the time to check how long it takes to fully charge, nor how long the charge lasts while using the camera--I use it for short periods, about 30 mins at a time.Bottom line - for DIYers, or even limited professional use, it's a good camera for the price. It's worked well from 3/4" - 4" stainless tubing, and even running it behind a wall, or two. I imagine it'll do just fine in a drain or vent pipe at home, or just to inspect behind walls, or other things. The only downside that I can think of is that it can be cumbersome to store in the included case, so don't unroll the whole 50' if it's not needed. Unroll the length you need, and keep the rest coiled tight with the included straps. Maybe get some extra velcro straps to secure the rest, when you coil the cable to store it.

Para inspección de tuberÃa sanitaria o pluvial, no es funcional ya que al no contar con un accesorio que separe la cámara de la superficie del tubo, se observa solamente blanco.

Purchased this unit for a sewer line that ended up getting some floor leveler in it that hardened up. worked well in many ways and had a few drawbacks. The pros are as follows :Good length of cable to get to places that are far away like buried drains.Multiple camera angles available are great for looking forward and sideways on both sides.Hand held unit seems to be of EXCELLENT qualityBattery lasts a sufficient amount of time.Record/photo option works well for playback on the unitHi resolution imageOverall a very well built and sturdy unit.Cons:Cable is a bit flimsy and can be very hard to bend around drain lines where there are edges to catch on. Camera does come with guides that fit on the end that help but found I had to send a fishing line down the sewer and then pull the camera to get it all the way thru. Having said that the line did have a lot of bends and elbows in it so I cant fault the camera too much. Just don't buy this thinking you are going to be able to push this camera 16 feet down a line with a lot of elbows. Have also used an electricians fish line (and some electrical tape) to push the camera into places I could not get it on its own.Overall I would recommend this camera for the occasional user. You may have to get creative when it comes to ways to get it farther into something but when you do it works great

Sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto.Ne esistono di più economici ma, dopo attenta valutazione, ho fatto la scelta giusta.3 lenti, ottima illuminazione e schermo.

Bought this as I had a leak in a pipe behind kitchen units and needed to find location. Was able to locate it quickly with this. Easy to use. Very good image quality and the three cameras were really useful and helped get an all round view in an enclosed space
