600VA/300W/120V Battery Backup for PCs and Retail Point-of-Sale Applications
The BC600R standby UPS system provides reliable battery backup and AC power protection against blackouts, brownouts, overvoltages, surges and line noise for computing, networking and point-of-sale equipment in retail, kiosks, food service, and light industrial environments. It’s easy to set up in minutes. Just plug the BC600R into a properly grounded wall outlet, press the power button and connect equipment to the UPS outlets. For easy access, the input power cable, outlets, power button and status LEDs are all on the same side.
Allows Time to Back Up Critical Files During a Blackout
During short blackouts and brownouts, the BC600R switches to battery power to keep connected equipment running. This allows you enough time to save data and complete a safe shutdown in case of a longer outage. Incoming utility power keeps the user-replaceable VRLA battery fully charged, so backup power is always available. The BC600R restarts automatically once power is restored, regardless of battery charge level, saving you a costly site visit.
Easy Preventative Maintenance and Initial Troubleshooting
The BC600R's self-test capability and user-replaceable internal battery can extend the life of the UPS and minimize disruption to operations. A resettable circuit breaker helps prevent dangerous system overloads.
Premium Protection from Surges and Line Noise Helps Your Equipment Perform Better
Rated for 190 joules of surge suppression, the BC600R and its four NEMA 5-15R outlets protect connected devices from the harmful effects of power surges. The BC600R also filters out disruptive electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) that can destroy data and contribute to lengthy downtime.
Audible Alarm and Diagnostic LEDs Keep You Informed 24/7
An audible alarm and a red LED indicate a low battery or fault condition. A green LED indicates power and line/battery mode status.
Hardened Housing Compatible with Versatile Deployment Options
The rugged compact housing allows use in locations with uncontrolled temperature or humidity (operating temperature range: 32° to 122° F / 0° to 50° C). The BC600R’s small size is suitable for desktop or floor placement. Keyhole mounting slots on the bottom enable wall mounting and are spaced in a 100 x 100 mm VESA pattern for mounting to the back of a monitor with the included hardware. Attachment points allow installation on a shelf or beam with user-supplied cable ties. The five-foot power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug connects to any compatible AC outlet.

Works great in my distribution panel for our ONT. Would work well with any internet modem. Perfect size!

If you need a small, low profile, UPS this is it. Considering the size and specs, it was the best I could find. Works great to power our router and model so that network systems can be shut down smoothly or run for period of time for IoT systems. No issues so far.

I have been looking for a small UPS that I could use to connect some smart devices to. Unfortunately, most UPSes are either too big, or if they are small enough, they don’t have a replaceable battery. When I saw this one, would what drew me to it, is first of all it’s small form, factor, and secondly, that despite of a small size, it still has a user replaceable battery. Also, I already own five other UPS’s in the same brand, and they have all proven to be reliable. I cannot speak to the life of the battery, although I expect that it will be at least two years, and as to the reliability of the device, all I have to go on is the companies reputation and my own past experience, but if it holds up, it should last me for a good long time. So far, I am very happy with this device.

It was a little confusing at first as there is no LCD and it doesn't beep so you can't be sure exactly what mode it is in. You have to crawl down under it and view the LCDs that would be facing down if wall mounted. Also there is no way to connect it to a computer so you can view the status on the computer. But other than those issues it works, and are pretty minor issues for my intended usage, which is to power my desk during the fairly frequent power blips we get in Florida. So the small capacity and not being able to set it up to shut my computer down are minor inconveniences.

I needed something very small form factor to keep my fiber modem online during outages. It does the job. It fits in the small telecom closet, perfectly out of sight. Now, elsewhere in my home, my computer is attached to a large, typical UPS. So when the power goes out, my computer stays up in front of me, while my modem stays up in that tiny telecom closet. This is what I need to prevent being disconnected from my work.Build quality felt good. Compliments to Tripp Lite for making the alarm configurable with a button.
