This cart is sturdy! When you roll it the top doesn't move like on the suture trees on a pole. It's a good, solid cart that was easy to put together. I highly recommend!

I was initially drawn to this suture cart due to it's size and economy. And while not inexpensive by any means, it is approximately half the cost of larger suture racks. Unfortunately, I find both the design and materials to be poor.The unit is top heavy with a narrow base and smaller wheels creating concern that the unit may easily topple when being moved.In addition, the materials used are laminated, thin particle board and is prone to cracking and breakage. My unit arrived with a cracked base.I regret buying this suture cart and I'm now in the process of buying that more expensive powder-coated steel open suture cart I was trying to avoid.

This is cart is much lighter than the metal equivalent. The angled shelves keep boxes of sutures from falling of when we have to move the cart out of the way. We got about 48 boxes on the shelves. The bottom area provides space for additonal sutures. I rarely ever have to go to the stock room any more for sutures.
